I am an entrepreneurial and innovative technical; presales; and customer success professional equipped with a Master’s in Business Administration. I am working as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Digital.ai.
Previously, I was a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at VMware Inc., Zweigniederlassung Deutschland, for almost five years.
My early career with Novell involved a promotion to Presales Systems Engineer after having worked on a team of 4 anti-piracy, licensing and intellectual property specialists situated in legal. Following RIFs, I continued with Web design for Novell external clients through my own consultancy.
A proven history in customer relationship management strategies that influence revenue; along with experience presenting to varied audiences and stakeholders. This would include major semi-annual roadshows for Novell in the DACH region. A natural at selling, my ability to interact well with clients in-person is a bit rare for someone who also excels in the back office or on the phone.
My strong combination of business and technical acumen has been tested in training non-technical users efficiently—with my first proving ground having been at the advent of handheld devices purchased for extremely non-technical tax accountants.
Interfaces, portals and Cloud services would further benefit from my experience running an e-commerce marketplace. And my diverse work experiences have equipped me with the ability to propose solutions; improve processes to simplify and resolve complex needs; and to train individuals on certain technologies.
My English and German are both at native proficiency levels.
