It has been a while since I last posted.
My last post was from VMware Explore Barcelona 2023. I had the great chance to attend one of the biggest events in the calendar. But that is the past now. End of April 2024 I have left VMware. I am no longer a VMware Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Technical Adoption Manager – as the role was called as of May 2023. Making the decision to resign was not an easy one for me, but a lot has changed after VMware Explore Barcelona.
I am looking back with a lot of pride and fond memories on my time with VMware. I definitely was given a lot of chances to grow and develop – professionally but also as a person. The DACH TAM team is one of the greatest team I have had the luck to be part of. My ex-colleagues are some of the smartest and most hard-working technical people I have ever met.
In April 2024, I started a new chapter – professionally and personally – I am now a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Digital.ai, covering the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. My role as a CSM is less technical in my daily work and a bit more sales focused but being a #VMwareTAM at heart, I am interested in learning and understanding the technology behind our products at Digital.ai.

This sounds like great marketing slogan (I have already had the chance to meet some of my marketing colleagues). But there is much more behind it.
